☯️ I Ching — The Book of Changes
The I Ching is one of the oldest texts in human history, written down approximately 3,000 years ago by the Zhou people of early China. It contains 64 hexagrams — each composed of two trigrams (upper and lower) drawn from eight elemental forces: Heaven, Earth, Thunder, Water, Mountain, Wind, Fire, and Lake.
Carl Jung coined the term synchronicity to describe the meaningful coincidence between the chosen hexagram and the present moment. Researchers have found a direct correspondence between the 64 hexagrams and the 64 codons of human DNA — inspiring Ra Uru Hu to develop Human Design.

🙏 Invocation — Connecting with the Plant Spirit
Before working with your essential oil, take a moment to create a sacred space. Hold the oil in your hands, close your eyes, and breathe deeply. Silently or aloud, invite the plant spirit to guide you:
"I invite the spirit of [plant name] to be present with me. May its wisdom illuminate the qualities of this hexagram within me. May I receive its gift with gratitude and openness."
Apply a drop to your wrists, heart center, or diffuse in your space. Allow the aroma to be your anchor throughout the practice.

2. Breathe the oil — inhale slowly, letting the aroma deepen your receptivity
3. Read the archetype — Shadow · Gift · Siddhi. Notice which frequency resonates most right now
4. Speak the affirmation — aloud if possible, with intention and feeling
5. Sit in silence for a few moments, allowing the wisdom to integrate

The real work begins after the contemplation. Throughout your day, notice where the hexagram's qualities show up — in conversations, decisions, emotions, and synchronicities. Ask yourself:
· Am I expressing the Shadow — reacting from fear or habit?
· Am I accessing the Gift — responding creatively and consciously?
· Can I glimpse the Siddhi — a moment of pure presence and grace?
Return to the oil whenever you need to re-anchor. A single inhale can shift your frequency in an instant.
