Six Women, One Rose: Venus Sequences from a Gene Keys Circle
Share
🌹 Six Women, One Rose
Six women sit in circle, placing their profiles beside one another. Themes emerge: precision, belonging, devotion and the courage to begin. A shared scent becomes a way to remember the conversation.
The Illustration — Venus & the Peacock
The illustration is the Venus plate from Splendor Solis, shown in Artemisia’s alchemy study. A peacock stands inside a crowned flask, surrounded by scenes of music, companionship and courtship. The earlier study connects its iridescent tail with cauda pavonis, the alchemical “peacock’s tail.” For this circle, we read many colours held within one vessel as an image of shared space that need not erase individual expression. This is a contemporary symbolic connection, not a claim that historical alchemy and the Gene Keys Venus Sequence are the same system.
This is G’s personal reading of E, G, A, J, Ak and D, from a Gene Keys workshop guided by E. Their initials and recorded profile numbers are retained. These symbolic interpretations are invitations, not findings about the women’s personalities, hidden motives or relationships. Each woman may choose what resonates.
Choose your reading path: compare the tables and explore one profile, then read the closing insights. Use the hexagram library as a reference, not a required first read.
☯ Gene Keys, I Ching & the Bagua
Each I Ching hexagram combines two of the eight trigrams, the Bagua. Their traditional Five Element correspondences describe those images, not a woman’s personal elemental balance. A linked Gene Key number opens its numbered hexagram.
The comparison uses six Venus spheres: Core, SQ, IQ, EQ, Attraction and Purpose. Radiance and other broader-profile spheres remain separate. The tables record values and appearances, not diagnoses or rankings.
Book reference: Hua-Ching Ni, I Ching: The Book of Changes and the Unchanging Truth, revised edition.
☯ Lines, Lower & Upper Trigrams
Six lines are numbered from the bottom upward. Lines 1–3 form the lower trigram; lines 4–6 form the upper trigram. We construct from the ground up but name and display the upper trigram first.
Yang (━━━━) images active, initiating or firm movement; Yin (━━ ━━) images receptivity, responsiveness or yielding. They are complementary, not good/bad or strong/weak. Meaning comes from the arrangement of all three lines.
One traditional reading lens treats the lower trigram as the inner ground or starting impulse and the upper as its outward expression or surrounding field. This is not a universal personality rule.
40, Deliverance, has:
☳ Upper: Thunder / Zhen — outward movement
☵ Lower: Water / Kan — depth and difficulty beneath.
In 3, Difficulty at the Beginning, their positions reverse. Shared ingredients do not make the same situation.
The decimal marks position, not polarity or achievement. In 62.5, “5” selects the middle line of the upper trigram; that line is Yin. Gene Keys line themes do not replace the I Ching’s line structure. The counts give upper and lower appearances equal weight, so return to the full hexagram for arrangement and line meaning.
Table 1 — Venus Sphere Values
Gene Key.line preserves each recorded value. The footer counts profiles, not the sum of key numbers. Radiance is excluded.

Table 2 — Bagua Counts Within Venus
Six hexagrams give 12 trigram appearances per woman; a doubled trigram counts twice. Maximums and minimums retain every tie, including zeros. A zero means absence from these six spheres, not absence from the woman.

🌿 E — The Guide Who Holds Impeccability
Core 62.5 · SQ 3.5 · IQ 4.3 · EQ 47.6 · Attraction 32.4 · Purpose 9.5
E holds the container. I read her Core at 62 through Intellectualisation, Precision and Impeccability: an invitation to let exactness serve the heart. SQ 3 brings Innovation and Innocence, the image of holding a new beginning until its pattern emerges.
IQ 4 invites Understanding and Forgiveness; EQ 47 brings Transmutation into the conversation. Purpose 9 suggests small, sustained steps.
Venus lines: Core, SQ and Purpose are Line 5, three positions. IQ is Line 3, EQ Line 6 and Attraction Line 4. In my reading, these invite questions about communicating experience, learning through practice and holding community.
Thunder / Zhen above Mountain / Gen. Hexagram 62 places movement above still ground. E shares the lower Mountain trigram with Ak and D, while her upper Thunder matches A’s upper trigram and J’s lower one. My reading is that a steady foundation can support movement through small, precise steps: stillness gives action a place to begin.
Personal scent images: Rosemary (Salvia rosmarinus) alongside precision; Helichrysum (Helichrysum italicum) alongside transformation; Spikenard (Nardostachys jatamansi) alongside stillness.
🌸 G — The Dreamer Who Descends
Core 41.2 · SQ 55.1 · IQ 16.5 · EQ 21.3 · Attraction 30.2 · Purpose 62.6
G’s Core 41 offers Fantasy and Anticipation, a threshold between imagining and beginning. SQ 55 offers a contemplation of Freedom. IQ 16 opens a conversation about Versatility and Mastery.
EQ 21 offers Control and Authority as themes for contemplation; Purpose 62 echoes E’s Core, though at a different line.
Venus lines: Core and Attraction are Line 2, SQ Line 1, IQ Line 5, EQ Line 3 and Purpose Line 6. I hear a dialogue between solitude, first principles, lived experience and embodiment.
Mountain / Gen above Lake / Dui. G’s Core 41 reverses the arrangement of Ak’s and D’s Core 31. I read Mountain above Lake as openness held within a boundary, and Lake above Mountain as openness resting on a foundation. The shift is in the relationship between the images, not in their ingredients.
Personal scent images: Jasmine (Jasminum grandiflorum) alongside longing; Neroli (Citrus aurantium) alongside release; Blue Lotus (Nymphaea caerulea) alongside inner truth.
Follow G’s personal Venus Sequence: Venus Sequence Aromatherapy — The Six Spheres of Love explores these same six values through journal prompts. The Venus Sequence Anointing Oil, 10ml is a separate finished product inspired by this profile, not the collective scent concept below or a universal blend for every sequence. Scent is optional; follow the product’s own label and precautions.
🍂 A — The One Who Returns
Core 40.2 · SQ 46.2 · IQ 38.3 · EQ 28.4 · Attraction 35.1 · Purpose 30.3
A’s Core 40 invites contemplation of rest, resolve and wholehearted commitment. Each theme is offered as an open question for A to explore in her own words. SQ 46 offers Delight and Ecstasy, an invitation to notice the ordinary body’s experience.
IQ 38 offers Perseverance and Honour. EQ 28.4 opens a separate question about emotional meaning. Attraction 35.1 and Purpose 30.3 keep change and desire in the story.
Venus lines: Core and SQ are Line 2, two positions. IQ and Purpose are Line 3, two positions. EQ is Line 4 and Attraction Line 1. My reading holds natural affinity and learning through experience side by side: ease can reveal what draws us, while experience helps clarify how we choose to live it.
Thunder / Zhen above Water / Kan. Core 40 offers depth meeting movement. EQ 28 places Lake above Wind, a different composition. I read the first as movement emerging from depth, and the second as openness meeting sustained engagement. These are distinct images for reflection, not a description of A’s emotional state.
Personal scent images: Geranium (Pelargonium graveolens) alongside commitment; Rose (Rosa damascena) alongside devotion; Clary Sage (Salvia sclarea) alongside reflection and release. These personal scent choices are not fixed assignments to EQ 28.
💙 J — The Still Point
Core 25.4 · SQ 8.3 · IQ 45.6 · EQ 16.5 · Attraction 14.1 · Purpose 48.2
J’s Core 25 invites contemplation of Acceptance and Universal Love, with space for J’s own understanding.
SQ 8 offers Style and Exquisiteness. IQ 45 brings Synergy and Communion, an invitation to consider how circles gather. Purpose 48 uses the Well as an image for Wisdom. EQ 16.5 adds J to the circle’s shared Gene Key 16 theme.
Venus lines: Core is Line 4, SQ Line 3, IQ Line 6, EQ Line 5, Attraction Line 1 and Purpose Line 2. Community, experience, perspective and quiet contribution become questions rather than fixed traits.
Heaven / Qian above Thunder / Zhen. J’s Core 25 offers movement beneath a wider horizon. I read this as room for action that is not limited to a predetermined outcome. The Thunder shared with E’s and A’s Core hexagrams has a different setting here: possibility above movement rather than movement above a foundation.
Personal scent images: Frankincense (Boswellia carterii) alongside presence; Melissa (Melissa officinalis) alongside openness; Siam Wood (Fokienia hodginsii) alongside rooted wisdom.
⭐ Ak — The Initiator
Core 31.6 · SQ 51.3 · IQ 53.4 · EQ 46.4 · Attraction 62.1 · Purpose 14.4
Ak’s Core 31 invites contemplation of Leadership and Humility. Each theme remains open to her own interpretation.
SQ 51 offers Initiative and Awakening, the lightning-bolt image of beginning. IQ 53 offers Expansion and Superabundance alongside slow, sustainable growth. EQ 46 brings Delight into the conversation.
Venus lines: Core is Line 6, SQ Line 3 and Attraction Line 1; IQ, EQ and Purpose are Line 4, three positions. This invites a conversation about community.
Lake / Dui above Mountain / Gen. Ak and D share the complete image of Core 31, with different lines. I read this as openness supported by steadiness: influence can be approached through listening, clear expression and room for another voice. Each woman may give the image a different personal meaning.
Personal scent images: Elemi (Canarium luzonicum) alongside playfulness; Palmarosa (Cymbopogon martinii) alongside delight; Bergamot (Citrus bergamia) alongside expressive style.
🌿 D — The Embodied One
Core 31.4 · SQ 13.6 · IQ 16.3 · EQ 40.3 · Attraction 61.3 · Purpose 46.2
D’s Core 31 echoes Ak’s at a different line. SQ 13 brings Empathy and Divinity into a reflection on belonging. IQ 16 joins G and J in the main Venus comparison.
EQ 40 and Attraction 61 offer further conversation around resolve and inner truth. Purpose 46 explores Delight and Ecstasy.
D’s personal oil mapping is retained as her own creative choice: Copaiba (Life’s Work), Rosemary ct. cineole (Pearl), Neroli (Culture), Blue Lotus (SQ), Cardamom (IQ), Lavender (EQ), Palo Santo (Attraction), Siam Wood (Purpose). These are not canonical assignments or treatment directions; Life’s Work, Pearl and Culture are outside the six-sphere comparison.
Venus lines: Core is Line 4 and SQ Line 6; IQ, EQ and Attraction are Line 3, three positions; Purpose is Line 2. My reading is that experience can become a contribution when it is shared as lived understanding rather than a rule others must follow.
Lake / Dui above Mountain / Gen. Core 31 shares this complete pair with Ak. Purpose 46 is Earth over Wood; the image here is a root becoming a tree.
Personal scent images: Siam Wood (Fokienia hodginsii) alongside embodiment; Blue Lotus (Nymphaea caerulea) alongside fellowship; Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) alongside a quiet pause.

🌿 The Circle’s Hexagram Reading Library
These readings cover the 26 distinct Venus hexagrams. Their site-recorded aromatic correspondences differ from the personal scent choices above. Neither is a prescription or a finding about a woman’s character.
E — Beginning, Learning & Endurance
62 · Core 62.5 · Preponderance of the Small
Upper ☳ Thunder / Zhen
Lower ☶ Mountain / Gen
The page emphasises careful small actions rather than grand gestures. Its Scientist image and Thyme ct. thymol correspondence invite the question: what is the precise next step?
3 · SQ 3.5 · Difficulty at the Beginning
Upper ☵ Water / Kan
Lower ☳ Thunder / Zhen
Movement begins beneath difficulty: a sprout meeting resistance. The Eternal Child and Lime frame curiosity, helpers and patience with what is still taking shape.
4 · IQ 4.3 · Youthful Folly
Upper ☶ Mountain / Gen
Lower ☵ Water / Kan
The spring below the mountain becomes an image of learning before the way is known. The Student and Black Pepper open a question about sincere inquiry rather than demanding certainty.
47 · EQ 47.6 · Oppression
Upper ☱ Lake / Dui
Lower ☵ Water / Kan
The page’s lake without water invites contemplation of perseverance under limitation. Spikenard accompanies its transformation theme. This is an image in the map, not a statement that E is exhausted or oppressed.
32 · Attraction 32.4 · Duration
Upper ☴ Wind / Xun
Lower ☳ Thunder / Zhen
Wind and Thunder suggest endurance that can adapt without losing direction. The page names Hiba, Japanese Cedar and Ginger: what deserves to be preserved as circumstances change?

G — Simplification, Fullness & Clear Action
41 · Core 41.2 · Decrease
Upper ☶ Mountain / Gen
Lower ☱ Lake / Dui
The Simplifier asks what can be released to make room for the essential. Angelica is the page’s correspondence. This adds restraint and sincerity to the blog’s theme of imagining a beginning.
55 · SQ 55.1 · Abundance
Upper ☳ Thunder / Zhen
Lower ☲ Fire / Li
Movement and illumination meet at a moment of fullness. The Poet and Roman Chamomile invite appreciation without grasping: how can a full moment be enjoyed while allowing it to change?
16 · IQ 16.5 · Enthusiasm
Upper ☳ Thunder / Zhen
Lower ☷ Earth / Kun
Thunder rising from Earth brings movement to receptive ground. The Multitalented image and Cardamom connect enthusiasm with practice. This page also belongs to J’s EQ 16.5 and D’s IQ 16.3: the same image enters different spheres.
21 · EQ 21.3 · Biting Through
Upper ☲ Fire / Li
Lower ☳ Thunder / Zhen
Clarity and decisive movement meet an obstruction. The Judge and Cedarwood open a question about a fair boundary or a necessary decision, rather than control for its own sake.
30 · Attraction 30.2 · The Clinging
Upper ☲ Fire / Li
Lower ☲ Fire / Li
The Fire Keeper asks what sustains brightness: fire needs something to hold to. Jasmine accompanies clarity, desire and lightness. A’s Purpose 30.3 shares the full image, but changes its sphere and selected line.
G’s Purpose 62.6 returns to the small, precise action of E’s Core, here at the sixth line rather than the fifth.

40 · Core 40.2 · Deliverance
Upper ☳ Thunder / Zhen

Thunder and rain offer an image of releasing a knot after difficulty. True Lavender accompanies the Hermit image. What can now be forgiven, completed or set down? D’s EQ 40.3 meets this same image at another line.
46 · SQ 46.2 · Pushing Upward
Upper ☷ Earth / Kun
Lower ☴ Wind / Xun
Wood growing through Earth suggests small efforts accumulating into growth. Siam Wood accompanies delight in the process. D’s Purpose shares 46.2 exactly; Ak’s EQ carries 46.4.
38 · IQ 38.3 · Opposition
Upper ☲ Fire / Li
Lower ☱ Lake / Dui
Fire and Lake move differently: fellowship need not erase individuality. Patchouli accompanies the Warrior image. The question is not who must win, but which differences can remain while connection continues.
28 · EQ 28.4 · Preponderance of the Great
Upper ☱ Lake / Dui
Lower ☴ Wind / Xun
The page’s ridgepole under a heavy load adds a question about proportion, support and meaningful commitment. Eucalyptus accompanies the Crisis Manager image. The symbolic load is not evidence of A’s emotional condition.
35 · Attraction 35.1 · Progress
Upper ☲ Fire / Li
Lower ☷ Earth / Kun
The sun rising over Earth gives progress an image of increasing visibility. Ylang Ylang accompanies the Adventurer: what can be met with curiosity rather than a hunger for more?
A’s Purpose 30.3 brings the doubled Fire image into lived purpose rather than G’s sphere of Attraction.
J — Openness, Gathering & the Shared Well
25 · Core 25.4 · Innocence
Upper ☰ Heaven / Qian
Lower ☳ Thunder / Zhen
Spontaneous movement beneath Heaven invites action without contrivance. Rose accompanies the Pure Heart image: what changes when acceptance comes before the demand for a particular outcome?
8 · SQ 8.3 · Holding Together
Upper ☵ Water / Kan
Lower ☷ Earth / Kun
Water gathering over Earth suggests union sustained by sincerity and constancy. Benzoin is the page’s aromatic correspondence. What makes belonging authentic rather than merely being in the same place?
45 · IQ 45.6 · Gathering Together
Upper ☱ Lake / Dui
Lower ☷ Earth / Kun
A lake held by Earth gives assembly a containing ground. Ginger Lily accompanies the Harmonious Assembly image: what shared purpose and practical care allow a circle to hold?
J’s EQ 16.5 shares G’s IQ value exactly. Enthusiasm is the common image; emotional engagement and understanding provide different contexts.
14 · Attraction 14.1 · Possession in Great Measure
Upper ☲ Fire / Li
Lower ☰ Heaven / Qian
Fire above Heaven illuminates resources and their responsible use. Wintergreen accompanies the Athlete image on the page. What would competence make available for the wider circle? Ak’s Purpose 14.4 shares the hexagram at a different line.
48 · Purpose 48.2 · The Well
Upper ☵ Water / Kan
Lower ☴ Wind / Xun
Water drawn through Wood offers a shared source that must be reached and tended. Helichrysum accompanies the Librarian: what knowledge is available, and what practical “rope” allows it to be shared?
Ak & D — Influence, Initiative & Inner Truth
31 · Ak’s Core 31.6 / D’s Core 31.4 · Influence
Upper ☱ Lake / Dui
Lower ☶ Mountain / Gen
The Lover image joins openness with a still foundation. Rock Rose is the page’s correspondence. Influence is approached through receptive presence rather than pressure; their different lines leave room for different readings.
51 · Ak’s SQ 51.3 · The Arousing
Upper ☳ Thunder / Zhen
Lower ☳ Thunder / Zhen
Doubled Thunder adds the Awakener’s question: what deserves attention after a sudden interruption? Rosemary accompanies initiative on the page. The image need not be read as a prediction of an event.
53 · Ak’s IQ 53.4 · Gradual Progress
Upper ☴ Wind / Xun
Lower ☶ Mountain / Gen
Wind above Mountain gives development both persistence and a place to pause. Niaouli accompanies the Developer. The page’s staged journey asks: what needs time to become established before the next step?
Ak’s EQ 46.4, Attraction 62.1 and Purpose 14.4 revisit patient growth, small precise action and responsible resources in different spheres.
13 · D’s SQ 13.6 · Fellowship with People
Upper ☰ Heaven / Qian
Lower ☲ Fire / Li
Fire beneath Heaven illuminates a shared purpose beyond private interests. Blue Lotus accompanies the Companion image. What common light brings people together without making their voices identical?
61 · D’s Attraction 61.3 · Inner Truth
Upper ☴ Wind / Xun
Lower ☱ Lake / Dui
Wind moving over Lake becomes an image of sincerity reaching beneath appearances. Palo Santo accompanies the Mystic: what remains true when performance falls away?
D’s IQ 16.3, EQ 40.3 and Purpose 46.2 return to enthusiasm, release and patient growth. Read their spheres before comparing them with the same keys elsewhere.
The wider map stays separate: 29, The Abysmal, uses Water above Water and Cinnamon as its aromatic correspondence, opening a question about sincerity and commitment in the broader-profile note. 52, Keeping Still, uses Mountain above Mountain and Vetiver to contemplate knowing when to pause. Neither enters the Venus counts.
Reading sources: linked Artemisia hexagram pages credit Jonathan Benavides & Manuel Silva for aromatic correspondences and Richard Rudd for Gene Keys alongside I Ching material. These summaries do not import application instructions or establish formula safety. Personal questions are Artemisia’s interpretation.

⚡ Hexagram 16 — The Circle’s Shared Rhythm
16 · Enthusiasm · 豫 Yu appears in G’s IQ 16.5, J’s EQ 16.5 and D’s IQ 16.3. It ties with 46 and 62 at three Venus placements each. E’s Radiance 16.5 adds a wider-map echo, outside the counts.
☳ Upper: Thunder / Zhen — awakening and movement
☷ Lower: Earth / Kun — receptivity and support.
Thunder rises from receptive Earth: inspiration has somewhere to land.
One impulse within receptive ground: five lines are Yin; the single Yang line is fourth, at the base of upper Thunder. Lower Earth is entirely Yin. G’s and J’s selected fifth line and D’s third are Yin, but occupy different trigrams. Position is not a ranking or a substitute for full line texts.
Music, ceremony and helpers: the site’s Image passage connects Thunder emerging from Earth with ancient kings making music and honouring merit; the Judgment names appointing helpers and setting armies in motion. Read here as coordinated action, these images invite a contemporary circle to find a shared ritual or rhythm without losing individual voices.
Indifference → Versatility → Mastery: Richard Rudd’s progression invites renewed contact with what matters, adaptable skill and expression beyond effortful technique. Mastery is a Siddhi in that framework, not an attainment claimed for these women. Practice connects the first spark to a contribution; the Multitalented archetype need not mean scattered interests.
G’s IQ brings understanding, J’s EQ emotional engagement, and D’s IQ another route through learning at Line 3. E’s Radiance places the exact 16.5 value in a separate sphere again.
Aromatic symbol: Cardamom, Elettaria cardamomum, is credited on the page to Jonathan Benavides & Manuel Silva. Its warm aroma is a scent image, not a promise of mastery or a changed profile.

🌀 Patterns Across the Circle
Across 36 Venus placements, 26 hexagrams appear. Seven recur: 14, 16, 30, 31, 40, 46 and 62. Exact echoes include G’s IQ/J’s EQ 16.5 and A’s SQ/D’s Purpose 46.2. The profiles and library preserve each sphere and line.
Line patterns: Line 3 occurs nine times and appears in every woman’s set, inviting attention to learning through experience. Line 6 occurs five times across five women; E has three Line 5 placements and Ak three Line 4 placements. Table 1 retains every position without ranking them.
Five Element Totals — A Supplementary View
Thunder + Wind = Wood; Mountain + Earth = Earth; Heaven + Lake = Metal. Fire and Water stand alone. This groups the same 72 appearances; categories containing two trigrams are not directly comparable with single-trigram categories as measures of strength.

🌿 Follow the Five Elements into Scent
Artemisia’s Five Element collections draw on Chinese traditional inspiration, including Gabriel Mojay’s Aromatherapy for Healing the Spirit. They are distinct from eight-trigram collections and are not a way to “correct” profile counts.
木 Wood — Spring, Growth & New Directions →
Thunder and Wind; herbal and citrus inspiration for creativity, vision and flexibility.
火 Fire — Summer, Warmth & Connection →
Fire; floral and citrus themes of joy and connection.
土 Earth — Late Summer, Harvest & Home →
Mountain and Earth; simple pleasures and a sense of home.
金 Metal — Autumn & Letting Go →
Heaven and Lake; autumn rituals and symbolic release, not promised product effects.
水 Water — Winter, Stillness & Reflection →
Water; quieter woody and root-inspired rituals.
Choose by scent, ingredients and intended use; follow each product’s label and precautions.
Shared Images, Different Contexts
Look beyond Core. G’s Mountain/Lake Core does not show her four Fire appearances. Ak’s Lake/Mountain Core does not show her three Thunder and two Wind appearances. E and Ak share that Wood composition, but E’s three Water appearances add depth where Ak’s three Mountain appearances add stillness.
Follow the route, not just the total. G’s Fire comes through SQ 55, EQ 21 and doubled Fire in Attraction 30; A’s through IQ 38, Attraction 35 and doubled Fire in Purpose 30. Together they contribute eight of eleven Fire appearances. Attraction asks what draws us; purpose asks how we live it. Repeated choice gives desire form.
Notice arrangement. G’s Mountain above Lake contains openness within a limit; Ak’s and D’s Lake above Mountain rests openness on steadiness. Like an aromatic composition, shared ingredients need not create an identical whole.
Different grounds for movement. Thunder appears 15 times and in every woman’s set; Heaven appears five times, the lowest total. E’s Core sets movement on Mountain’s stillness; J’s places it beneath Heaven’s wider horizon; A’s sets it above Water’s depth. These are frequencies and images, not measures of what the circle has or lacks.
Make room for several voices. D’s eight trigram counts are all one or two, the most even distribution of these six sets. This does not establish personal balance or require a defining elemental label.
Let connections become conversation. E’s Core 62.5 and G’s Purpose 62.6 invite careful language to become careful action. A’s and D’s 40/46 echoes join resolve with delight. Ak’s and D’s shared Core 31 invites influence through listening and choice. J’s Attraction 14.1 and Ak’s Purpose 14.4 add responsible use of resources. No connection assigns one woman a role in another’s life.
Begin with one exact echo and compare its sphere. The numbers establish the connection; personal experience supplies its meaning.
Beyond the Venus Sequence
Separate Radiance values: E 16.5; G 61.6; A 29.3; J 21.2; Ak 8.4; D 25.2. None enters the Venus tables or line comparisons.
E’s Radiance 16.5 matches G’s IQ and J’s EQ; E’s Life’s Work 40.3 matches D’s EQ. A’s Radiance 29.3 and Ak’s Life’s Work 29.2 share a key at different lines.
Further echoes: G’s Radiance 61.6/D’s Attraction 61.3; Ak’s Radiance 8.4/J’s SQ 8.3; D’s Radiance 25.2/J’s Core 25.4. J’s Life’s Work 52.6 contributes Stillness; Ak’s Radiance adds Style and D’s Universal Love as contemplative themes.
🌹 Venus, The Empress & the Rose
The Empress, Major Arcana III, carries Venus ♀ on Artemisia’s page, with beauty, nurturing, creative abundance and sensory pleasure. Tarot context: T. Susan Chang & M.M. Meleen. This is a symbolic bridge, not an equivalence with Richard Rudd’s Venus Sequence.
The Rose Aromatherapy Collection associates Damask Rose, Rosa damascena, with love and beauty. Its Empress connection and Hexagram 25, Innocence, J’s Core, add distinct meanings to “One Rose” without promising emotional or spiritual effects.
Bring the Theme into Everyday Care
The Empress Aromatic Face Cream, 50g →
Geranium, ylang-ylang, frankincense, palmarosa and rosewood give a floral–citrus moment. The connection is thematic, not Damask Rose content.
The Empress Aromatherapy Body Oil, 50ml →
Neroli, lavender, ylang-ylang, frankincense and geranium in almond oil create a floral–resinous ritual, not a rose essential-oil blend.
Orchidea & Hibiscus Sacred Empress Soap →
Its ingredients include Rosa damascena and patchouli, a direct ingredient connection as well as a card-inspired creation.
Use these products separately according to their labels and precautions. Symbolism does not assess suitability.
🌹 A Collective Scent Idea for the Circle
Five aromatic materials, five personal images. This is a creative concept, not a tested formula or ready-to-use anointing recipe.

🌹 What the Circle Can Teach Us
Give inspiration a form. The shared 16, 46 and 62 themes join enthusiasm, delight and care for small things. What moves us, what makes the journey enjoyable, and which small practice gives it form? Commitment need not become joyless.
Let understanding, feeling and living speak. Exact echoes across IQ/EQ and SQ/Purpose invite conversation about how ideas become meaningful and inward delight becomes daily practice, without requiring identical experiences.
Belong without becoming identical. Influence and listening in 31, individuality in 38, and belonging, gathering and shared purpose in 8, 45 and 13 suggest a circle that holds people without absorbing them. Closeness need not require agreement or the same pace.
Make room for what matters. Desire in 30 meets simplification in 41 and release in 40. Ask not only “What do I want?” but “What can I set down so it has room?” A clearer choice may open more than another addition.
Care makes room for difference. Rose and the Empress offer an image of tending what grows. “One Rose” need not mean one way of expressing love, but a shared intention to care while every woman keeps her voice.
What moves us becomes meaningful when we give it care, practice and room to grow.
The Venus Sequence is not a destination in this story, but a way of walking through the heart and with the heart.
