EU CONSUMER RIGHTS

Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period) If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).

To exercise this right, notify us at gabkedar@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exemptions from the Right of Withdrawal The 14-day cooling-off right does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods that have been opened after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (this includes opened cosmetics, creams, serums, and essential oils)
  • Custom or personalized orders

EU Shipping & Customs Orders shipped within the EU single market are not subject to customs duties or import taxes between EU member states. Any applicable VAT is included in the displayed price.

Governing Law for EU Customers These terms do not affect your statutory rights as an EU consumer. In the event of a dispute, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
