Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide to most countries.
  • Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon delivery.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses at this time.
  • Certain products may be restricted from international shipping due to customs regulations.

EU Shipping Orders to EU countries are delivered within 7–15 business days via Israel Post. Free shipping is available on orders over ₪300. Orders may be subject to import VAT upon arrival in the EU — this is the customer's responsibility. Orders under €150 may be assessed VAT by your local customs authority.
