▽ The Hanged Man's Message
A man hangs upside down from a living tree, one leg crossed behind the other in a figure-four. His face is serene — not anguished. A halo of light surrounds his head. He has chosen this position. This is not punishment; it is initiation. The world looks entirely different from here.
Neptune's gift is the dissolution of the ego's grip. The Hanged Man has stopped fighting the current and allowed himself to be carried by the deep waters of the unconscious. In the suspension, something profound happens: the mind empties, the heart opens, and a new truth becomes visible that was impossible to see while standing upright.
