אופן השימוש:

• Apply a few drops to pulse points on your forehead and crown before starting your meditation or self-care ritual.
• As you meditate, gently massage the top of your head—the Governing Vessel 20 (GV 20), also known as the Adhipati point—using circular motions for 30-60 seconds to stimulate energy flow and enhance mental clarity.
• You may also use a light tapping technique on this area to help awaken your energy channels and achieve a deeper state of awareness.
